Hello! My name is Linet, the founder of Thrive massage. I am originally from Kenya, and now reside in beautiful Flagstaff Arizona. I love helping people relieve stress and have a beautiful day and week moving forward.
I specialize in sports massage, sugar scrub, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal Thai, cupping, and hot stones. My goal is always to provide exceptional massage therapy services that promote health, well-being, and a higher quality of life for you. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where you can experience the healing benefits of professional massage.

​I’ve treated 20+ professional runners, including 6 olympic runners. I always begin with a conversation about what is bothering you and then we start face down on the table and I examine the area and begin to massage. I use a variety of techniques based on what I find when massaging the area.
